FAQ for Print on Demand Products
1. What is Print on Demand (POD)?
Print on Demand is a service where products like t-shirts, mugs, and other items are created only after an order is placed. This allows us to offer a wide variety of designs without holding large inventories, reducing waste and overproduction.
2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Since each item is made to order, it typically takes 2-7 business days to process your order. Once processed, shipping times vary depending on your location, but you can generally expect your order to arrive within 3-10 business days after processing.
3. Can I customize my order?
Currently, we offer pre-designed products and do not support individual customizations. However, we frequently update our collections with new designs, so be sure to check back often!
4. What is your return and refund policy?
As each item is made to order, we only accept returns or issue refunds for defective or damaged items. Please contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you in processing a return or refund.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your doorstep.

If your product doesn't fit, please check our size guide before placing your order. As each item is made to order, we cannot offer exchanges for different sizes. However, if there’s an issue with the size guide, please reach out to us for assistance.
8. How should I care for my print on demand products?
To ensure the longevity of your items, please follow the care instructions provided with each product. Typically, we recommend washing inside out in cold water, avoiding bleach, and hanging to dry to preserve the print and fabric quality.
9. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order enters production, and we can no longer process cancellations. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
10. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide! Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location, and any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
